cant connect with a special member

hi guys. I got a problem, i cant connect with a special member and he cant connect with me too.The only think that is on the screen is the attempting connecti.I have managed to connect with him only twice but it was by luck. However he can connect with most of the other rooms in age of mythology the titans expansion.What should i or he do?

Port forward, disable firewall, run as admin on both sides.

One of these or a combination should fix it.

Have you understood what happens with me and my friend?Can you fix it through teamviewer?
I have tried many many things with no results. And how can he run them as admin he has windows xp and has the admin rights. The strange thing is that he can connect with others but not with me!!

if you can't connect with him you probably have a different version of the game, make sure you both have version 1.03
If that doesn't work you'll have to open your 16000 upd port

could be it's him not you... he'll have to open the port as well
