Game Ranger connection issue serious as sh1t!!!

Hey there,
Here's my problem, I've mooved to another country and stay in dormitory here. The dorm provides internet for every single room and I can't connect via dorm's internet to game ranger. I took my laptop to an another source of internet and it finally connected, got back to dorm - again nothing.

I've googled this shit and i found only 1 similar problem with one guy trying to play in school but no solution was given there. At least I got the main ideea that my dorm's internet blocks the GR traffic and now I'm stuck here. Can somebody give me any advise?

(P.S.: Game ranger simply doesn't connect, when i run it - it just shows itself as "running" but no inscriptions like "connecting" or "logging in" appear.)

Port restricted or filtered frames...

Have you tryed other softwares to check that port resctriction (e.g: filezilla for port 21, teamviewer, P2P...)?

P2P, you can't download anything through torrents here, the dorm blocks p2p.
But what's the connection between p2p and GR? And how can i fix that kind of shit?

That means your proxy or firewall is blocking ports.
While GR is using the UDP16000 port, you won't be able to connect it.
