can't play aom on game ranger

Iam new to game ranger I have all updated patches but iam having problem with gameranger may coz iam new idk i have done following steps to start.
1)join another's game.
2)host started game
3)now Iam in game window (i.e I am in aom.exe)
now what to do next? someone told me that gameranger will start our multiplayer game automatiacally so I wait for more than 2 mins still game is not started please help me thank you.
