Small idea here:

I just played a recent game against a fellow that probably is registered here, he managed to completely destroy my teammate's town with a combination of Gaia and Odin.

The strategy involved a quick attack on their town center when an Oracle or Scout ran by, quickly placing a Gaia's Forest god power right next to the town center. Once they had reached the next age, Forest Fire was used in combination with a small attacking force on the town center that would have not normally been able to destroy it.

I've never seen forest fire used this way in a game, maybe i'm old and this is used all the time, but here you go!

the idea stuk up in mah mind how to use forest in different ways

I really dislike that kronos rush because if it fails, u have no decent economy to fall back on. This is the route i prefer to take with kronos on a high hunt map.

1.Granery>Wild hunt>food
2.Food
3.Wood
4.Gold>Manor>Gold
5.Food
Temple (with guy currently on wood) Then back to wood
6.Food
Time shift temple close to enemy
Advance
Prometean OQ -> Attack front tower with oracles and 2 proms
Move 1 food guy to Wood
Barracks + Timeshift
7.Gold
8.Wood
C.barracks + Timeshift
9Gold
etc.

In order for this to work against egyptians u would have to attack from behind. But playing against an eggy who knows how to box in his villagers makes this tactic very difficult and i wouldnt personally recommend it. But with this, you still tend to advance earlier than most others but you end up in a better position economically if u cant pull it off. i prefer this tactic is in a team game

today was fun, first time i got flamed for playing atlantean after this game
3v3 crap game
he said something like "fucking kronos rushing noob", "fucking overpowered atlantean noob"
i didn't rush lol

i asked if he wants to play 1v1 with random gods and he says ok
1v1 Savannah - {SSX} Xeon (Random All) vs gallantgreg (Random All)
i play like absolute crap when i get thor, and he gets gaia
20 seconds after he resigns, he says "fucking noob" to me again

i'm sorry to all the thor players that want to kill me cuz i shame the god with my bad play
(i had about 2 minutes of idle town centre time)

I think Oranos is the best Atlantean god, that too in Lightning! They are the best `cos we can Build Sky passages near our home, & near the enemy. So that way, even if the Enemy attacks our home, we can quickly send our army back.

Gallantgreg, that SSX Xeon is a really big noob!He never played a game correctly [When I played with him ] .By the way , GG!

There is no best atlantean god. There is no BEST god at all. Each god is better against different gods or are better in different situations.

lol, ok, I agree with you Lolzorz. There is no Best God or Atlantean god, its only my opinion.
