| What's his IP when he host a game on AOM? And are you sure his local IP is 192.168.1.176?
As Neotron say, he should check antivirus, firewall...
If he can't fix it, I'm available to help him via teamviewer.

| You're welcome.
The popup with restricted NAT is not very important... you'll be able to play with 80% of people even if you see this popup.
Forward correctly your UDP 16000 port and you won't see this message again.
The problem, for those who are interested, came from a wrong IP in AOM when you host a game.
I repeat what is written in the tutorial : If you want it works, the IP in the top left corner on AOM (when you host a game) has to be exactely the same that the IP you see on the website http://www.whatismyip.com/.

| If you still see the popup, that means your router doesn't forward correctly the port.
It happened on many router : all seems well configured and the router shows that the ports are forwarded... but in fact they are not.

| As I said, some routers doens't forward correctly the ports... even if all seem well configured.
The only way to fix that problem is to switch your router to Bridge mode.
But, once your router in bridge mode, you will be able to connect just 1 computer to your router (the router function is disabled). And, if you use phone by Internet, it will disable this service as well.
