Fast Heroic with Hades

Ok first of all, the true author of this strategy is the old AoM player Josey wales, so I'm not taking full credits for it.

This strategy consists in getting you to heroic on minute 8:00 or so, and allow you to train Prodomos. This strategy is a perfect counter for Poseidons hippikon rush, or Norse raid cavalry rush.

When you start, send the first 6 or 7 villagers to food (depending on the type of food. Berries for example, are slower to gather than hunted animals, so you put more villagers on them. Remember to keep flexible on those kind of things. Also if you go hunt, remember to do the hunting dogs upgrade). The next 4 villagers go to wood (use the fourth to make a house). The next villager to food and the next 5 or 6 villagers to gold. Build a temple and meanwhile, train 3 or 4 more villagers and send them to gather food.
So basically, you have to advance to classical age with 11 villagers on food, 6 on gold and 4 on wood. Choose Ares as minorgod, because when you get to classical you will have to use your godpower Pestilence on the enemys Stables so you can buy time to get safely to Heroic.

Getting to Classical, use a villager to build a armory, preferably on the back of your base so it may not be scouted by the enemy. Another villager builds a archery range and a stable on the front of your base. Search for enemys Stables and use pestilence. If you think you can spend a liitle of your food and have enough to advance to heroic when the armory is up then train more villagers, maybe 1 or 2 or a hero and pick some relics. By the time your armory is complete, hit heroic. While getting to heroic, train some toxotes and hippikons or do the cavalry upgrade, depending on your resources. By the time you get to heroic, you train some Prodomos to counter the enemys cavalry. This strategy ends here, the rest is up to you.

2 tc hades fh is still a nice strategy vs eggies though.

Because it sucks lol. You'll get raided to death before heroic and the heroic bonus isn't even that good. You'll die to any1 who uses any early aggression. That's why it can work vs eggy, because they usually don't attack until later.
