Can't create account GR :(

Everytime i try to create an account GR, i have this error



I reset modem many time but it can't help anything

I can't give you better advices than this error popup.

Just wait and try a lttle later.

I hope it's gonna work, otherwise I'll try to contact GR owner, he probably has a solution or explanation.

starcraft 2 doesn't even have lan support, how the hell are we supposed to play over it on gameranger?
