Bot AI in games

Hi, I'm sure everybody has been in the situation where one person doesn't make it into the game and we are stuck with 5 people....

Half the time this happens we would put a hard bot in and we would usually also just put it to the Standard setting

But in a recent game this particular host decided to put in an Attacker bot instead of Standard bot
and what happened was that the bot (Ra) sent 2 waves of attacks around 10-12minute (Classical age)
that obviously failed, and then it did nothing for the rest of the game (except get defeated)

I personally don't have alot of experience with the different bot AI in this game
so which one do you think is the best to use for a fair game in 2v2,3v3,4v4 etc

i think random will be the best, becouse then it will be like a player joins that you never saw playing before; you dont know how he will play...

Depends on major god really. If its an egyptian, obviously defender, untill it booms. It will start to attack by then anyway. Whereas if its norse or kronos, u would want attacker. Standard for most others imo.

I think its best if u put Standard..

there's advance ai mods that you can dl
they are a bit more smart than the standard ones
they actually do some forward building and what not
but for an actual match with people I think you should never use comp
some one should just observe and then rotate in next game
if you absolutley must then I would say standard on titan
but then again it depend on the level of the players

don't use bots, they suck so bad the team with a bot loses automatically

not if you impute mr. monday cheat however whether everyone else will use cheats is to be determined...

hey just have time on my hands and just because you dont know what im commenting doesn't mean its not valid or insignificant. (and dont go quoting my other comments ) Mr. MONDAY IS a real cheat, a cheat that makes the ai play higher than titan, and there's no rule that says i can't but my two cents in, in fact i usually put in a whole dollar. Yo guys are like my new family but sorry if i talk too much on here. Im sorry and i apologize to everyone if i spoke too much because i really enjoy this site.

Agree with mirez, bots suck. Just make some1 leave and do 2v2.
