Problem with UDP 16000 port.

Hi, i have a question.
I followed the instructions and opened UDP 16000 port on my router (cisco EPC2325). But it seems that it didn't worked cauze the message about "Port restricted Cone Nat router" is stiil appearing. What is the problem??
Help me plz

Is your address static or dynamic?

I don't know...
Is it important? What should i do in both cases?

Private IP must be static otherwise the port forward is useless.

Didn't understand a thing, sorry)

The IP address must be Static, meaning that your IP Address shouldn't change each time you access the internet. I think there are specific instructions for making your IP address static, search for it on Google.

Just set it manually.

Then forward the UDP 16000 port in your router for the IP you intered.


Example : if your router has this IP : 192.168.1.1
your Computer connection can be :
IP : 192.168.1.3
mask: 255.255.255.0
